RESERVATION POLICY
All Reservations made by phone or online must be guaranteed by a major credit card.
Your reservation is then also guaranteed for late arrival.
Check In Time is after 2.00 PM
Check Out Time is before 11.00 AM
WHEN MAKING ONLINE RESERVATIONS:
We use a secure server for our website, therefore, when you make your reservations online,
your Credit Card Information is fully protected.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Note: Please ask for your cancellation number if you have to cancel by phone.
If you cancel Online you will receive your cancellation number by Email.
Keep your cancellation number for your records in case of any disputes.
If you must cancel your reservation, we prefer a 48 hours notice prior
to check in time, (2.00 PM), on the day of arrival.
If your reservation is not cancelled prior to check-in:
The full amount of at least one day of your Reservation will be charged on your
Credit Card. This charge is non refundable.
However if a reservation is cancelled on the same day as the reservation
is made prior to 2.00 PM, that same day, there will be no charge.
Groups/Team bookings agreed upon at the time that the reservation is made:
For "groups/team bookings" or "longer stay bookings" a different, agreed upon, Cancellation
Policy might be applicable with a "2 or more days notice" prior to cancelling your reservation.
In this case more than one day of your Reservation may be charged on your
Credit Card. Also this charge is non refundable
Your Reservation is a firm commitment and no refund shall be
given if you decide to leave a day(s) earlier after 11.00 AM without any notice
to Front Desk at the time of check-in.
This policy will be waived in case of proof of emergency.

We try to provide a 100% Guest Pleasant Stay Satisfaction:
If the Guest is not satisfied with the accommodations or with our
service, then the Guest needs to advice the, 24 hours/day, front desk
staff, right away after check-in, of any justified problem and give
the front desk staff an opportunity to make the situation right.
If the front desk staff is unable to correct the situation to the satisfaction
of the Guest and unable to fully satisfy the guest, they must credit the guest
for his room for that first night and the Guest may Cancel the Reservation
without any charge.
Note: Corporate Guests only:
- No charge if reservation is cancelled before 4.00 PM
- We will hold your room till 4.00 PM if not guaranteed by Credit Card.
