Your hosts & owners-general managers: Greetje & Henk Lenting,
originally from the Province of Groningen in Holland, and former residents
of Nelson, B.C., are multi-lingual: English, Dutch, German,
and we speak some French.
We will try to make visitors from all walks of life feel welcome in our charming,
quaint & picturesque European style Inn with brick outside walls and a tiled
roof.
We, Greetje & Henk Lenting, previously owned the Alpine Motel in Nelson, BC since
1998, and are proud to be the new owners of Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites
in Miramichi, NB. In Nelson, B.C. we achieved an outstanding reputation in Customer
Service.
At Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites in Miramichi, we are assisted by our courteous staff and by our relatives from Holland, Greesje & Erwin Hulshof.
Our ambition is to achieve the same reputation in Miramichi.
Our goal is to provide a 100% Guest Pleasant Stay Satisfaction Policy:
If a Guest is not satisfied with the accommodations or with our service, the Guest
is required to advice the, 24 hours/day, front desk staff immediately after check-in about a
justified problem and give the front desk staff the opportunity to make the situation right.
If the front desk staff is unable to correct the situation to the satisfaction of the Guest, and unable
to satisfy the Guest, we will credit the Guest for the room for that first night, and the Guest
may cancel the Reservation without any charge.
