We, the Owners & General Managers, of
Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites reserve the right to amend the Frequent Stay Membership Program
Rules and Regulations at any time.
General Program Information
Canadas Best Value Inn, Miramichi, NB, offers this program membership to
individuals 18 years or older only and not to corporations or other entities, unless other
arrangements made. You may establish and maintain only one Member account.
After reviewing your completed Member application, we will sign you up for the
Frequent Stay Membership Program. You will be eligible to earn Points for a Free
Nights Stay. We will not apply Points before processing your application and activating
your application.
Corporate Guest earn points for a Free Nights Stay, on request.
You must maintain a U.S. or Canadian address (including U.S. territories) to be a
Member and earn and redeem Points for the Frequent Stay Membership Program
You earn Points with the following qualifying standard rate plans: Rack, Corporate,
Government & Military, 50+ Mature Traveler Travelers and AAA/CAA.

Program Communications/Reservations
As a Member, you may make reservations at our Business (corporate) Rate if available.
Our Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites Business Rate cannot be combined with any other
discounts or promotional offers.

Earning Points
As a Member, you are the only person who may earn Points for your account.
A "stay" is defined as any number of consecutive nights at our hotel regardless of
the check-ins or check-outs.
You earn Points for up to two rooms per night. Both rooms must be in your name.
You must stay in one of the rooms and pay for both rooms.
You only receive, if applicable, bonus points on one room.
If your individual hotel bill is billed directly to your company and you are responsible for
authorization of settlement at check-out, your stay is eligible for points.
However, group master-billing arrangements where charges for multiple rooms are
placed on one hotel bill and billed to a company or common address or settled at
check-out by one individual are not eligible. For example team bookings for hockey, etc.
If both you and another guest share a room, we will credit Points to the Guest
reserving and paying for the room.
You do not earn Points for complimentary rooms, rooms paid for by third parties as part
of a convention or meeting, or rooms booked through a travel agent.
You earn 6,5 Points for each whole dollar that you pay in full in room revenue, excluding
any taxes.
Allow 72 hours after checking out of our Inn for Points to post to your account.
Your Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites Points expire on December 31, two years after
the year in which they were deposited into your account unless forfeited or canceled
earlier due to membership inactivity or otherwise in accordance with our rules and
regulations.

Our Inn Benefits
You may use our express check-in service when you guarantee your reservation in
advance with your credit card.
Local calls (except directory assistance and toll calls) are free.
You will receive a complimentary weekday newspaper or a daily local newspaper
You may, at front desk, request a late check-out, as long as you do so preferably at
check-in or before the posted check-out time of 11.00 AM. Front Desk will inform you
about the latest check-out time possibilities.
If you do not receive our 100% guest stay satisfaction service at our inn, you must advise
the front desk staff of the problem right away and give them a chance to make the
situation right. If the hotel staff is unable to satisfy you, Canadas Best Value Inn &
Suites, Miramichi will determine the value of our room-stay and seek the best way to
provide you with a comparable room or credit you up to a maximum of one night's room
rental.
We may periodically modify the Frequent Stay Membership Program, with or without
prior notice, by adding, changing Points given,. If we modify the Program, you may not
be able to obtain Points previously promoted.
Note: You are responsible for any tax liability and disclosure obligations related to your
Points.

Points Rewards for Free Nights
You will redeem free nights for as little as 8,000 points.
You must make your free room night reservation personally for the Frequent Stay Program
by informing us when making your reservation with a 30 days notice.
Your free room night does not include incidental charges and taxes.
Our Inn will hold your room reservation until 4:00 PM on the day of your scheduled
arrival.
You may cancel your reservation for/through the Frequent Stay Program
If you are unable to use your room and fail to cancel your reservation, or if you do not
claim the room by the specified time, we will not credit your account with the Points that
you redeemed for that room.
We may change the reward Points level for a free night at any time without notice.
You may not reserve free night stays through a travel agent.

Member Record Changes
You are responsible for advising us of any name change. You must provide us with any
government/state issued photo ID., such as a drivers' license, including your signature
plus the date of your request, for name change requests.
You are responsible for advising us of any changes in your contact information
including address, phone number or email address.

Other Terms and Conditions
We may add, modify or delete Program terms or conditions with or without notice,
and we may terminate the Program at any time.
You may not transfer your points to anyone or by any means.
You may not combine your Points with Points belonging to anyone else, including your
spouse.
You may only maintain one Points Program account. If you open more than one Program
account and have more than one Membership number, we will credit Points to only one
account and terminate the other.
You cannot sell or barter Points or redeem Points for cash.
We may modify the Points listed in your Program account based on actual stay
information.
If you have questions about your Frequent Stay Membership Program statement, stay,
or Points for a stay, you must contact us within 60 days of the statement date. You must
provide us with your hotel receipt indicating your paid stay, and other appropriate and
unaltered documentation. Once received, please allow up to 15 days to process your request.
You should retain all Frequent Membership Stay documentation showing the credited
Points to your Program account.
You are responsible for understanding the Program rules, tracking your Points and
maintaining the security of your account.
If you have no activity for a period of 18 consecutive months, we may remove you from
the Program and therefore terminate your account. If we remove you from the Program,
you will forfeit your Points.
We may terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
If we terminates this program, you must redeem your Points for Free Night Rewards and
complete your free Reward night stays within six months after the Program ends to avoid
forfeiting your Points.
We at our discretion can terminate your membership and/or cancel some or all of your
points accrued or issued at any time and may take appropriate administrative and legal
action if you abuse, violate or defraud the Program, Membership application, reservations
or our Inn Benefits and Points, or any federal, state or local law.
We may, in its sole discretion, revoke your Membership and Points if you do not pay outstanding Inn accounts when due.
This Program and/or Point rewarding or redeeming is void where prohibited by law.
You agree that we have the sole discretion to interpret all Program rules and regulations
and you hereby agree by your participation in the program to abide our interpretations of
these rules.
