How do I check room rates and availability and/or how do I make a reservation?
To check room rates and availability, you are required to fill-in the Room Availability
Request Form. You are not obligated to give your credit card and book a reservation at that moment,
unless you choose to book a reservation during the process.
If you want to make a committed reservation directly with our Inn, you have to fill in the Reservations Form
(guaranteed by Credit Card) or simply phone us Toll Free to
secure your reservation. The other option you have is to go to Reservations and make the booking through
the Americas Best Value Inn Franchise in the US.
We however prefer to talk to you directly on the phone when making your reservation.

How do I cancel a reservation?
Go to Cancel a Reservation and enter your name, confirmation number and other information that is
required into the appropriate field on the form. If you do not have the required information, please contact us either by Email or by phone Toll Free at:: 1-866-463-0748 so that you may avoid the room charge for not canceling your reservation.

How do I modify my reservation?
At present, you cannot modify a reservation online.

I made a reservation. However, I did not receive a confirmation by e-mail. Why not?
Confirmation of your reservation is sent to the Email address that you have entered when filling
out the Reservation Form. If your E-mail address is entered incorrectly or is no longer valid, our
system cannot send you a written confirmation. This does not change the status of your reservation,
however, it will prevent you from receiving a written confirmation to your E-mail address.

Which credit cards can be used to guarantee a reservation?
We prefer Visa or Mastercard, but we do accept as well American Express (Corporate) &
payment by Debit/Interac (Deposit may be required).
Third party credit cards will not be accepted as payment.

Will there be any penalty or charge if I am unable to use my confirmed reservation?
All reservations are guaranteed for late arrival if booked by Credit Card.
To avoid a penalty charge against the credit card you provided in the booking process, you must
cancel your reservation prior to 4.00 PM on the arrival date, or date otherwise agreed upon and
receive a cancellation number. Group bookings or bookings for more nights might be subject to
a 24 to 48 hour cancellation policy or even longer depending upon the agreement made at time of the
reservation.

Does the Canadas Best Value Inn & Suites offer a “Senior Discount Program”?
Travelers 60 and older can save 10-20 % of the Rack Rate. Simply request Senior Discount in the
guest comments field when making your reservation. A request for this discount is applied at

the discounted rate.

What to do if/when I am unsatisfied with the room at check-in?
We try to provide a 100% “Guest Pleasant Stay Satisfaction”:
Our policy: If the Guest is not satisfied with the accommodations or with our service, than the
Guest needs to advice the, 24 hours/day, front desk staff, right away after check-in, of a
justified problem and give the front desk staff an opportunity to make the situation right.
If the front desk staff is unable to correct the situation to the satisfaction of the Guest and unable
to satisfy the guest, they must credit the guest for his room for that first night and the Guest can
cancel the Reservation without any charge.
